VGP Park Bucharest 2 (East) is located in the eastern part of Bucharest and is VGP’s newest development in Romania. Positioned exactly at the intersection of the A2 motorway with Bucharest’s Ring Road and having direct access to it, the park is located ideally to ensure swift access to the city and the highway to Constanta. The land plot has 227,000 m² on which VGP will develop 3 buildings with total lettable area of 114,000 m². The site’s location, in addition to the labour availability in this part of Bucharest, makes it ideal for companies active in the logistic, e-commerce and retail industries and an ideal spot with direct access to the city centre for distribution.
